Sheldon Dugas’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is a tale of two meh movies being mashed together to make a movie that’s bland on the story but terrific on the visuals. Any shot is space honestly looked fantastic and the VFX were honestly phenomenal (especially when we saw the blood in space, I thought that was cool). The acting is all good, but it’s all in service to a movie that’s pretty bland and boring. It’s also pretty predictable too, which is a detriment to a movie as lifeless as this.
