Sheldon Dugas’s review published on Letterboxd:
It takes a second to get used to the deep fakes of the faces, but what a powerful tool to tell this story that is honestly one of the most terrifying things that any queer person can face. My heart breaks for those living in fear in Chechnya. No one should have to suffer torture and death just because of who they love. The documentary has so many terrifying moments with people fleeing countries and racing against a literal death clock. Everyone featured in this doc is a brave person.
