Hank and Leo remain my least favourite part of Twin Peaks (even more so than James and Evelyn, because at least that's so bad it's funny), but a lot of balancing is done here with cranky, sleep-deprived Coop, premium Log Lady content ("What kind of cookies?"/"Sugar."), Leland and Catherine's jive of grief and Audrey letting the façade crumble. Loads of great character moments, satisfyingly deployed along a plot conveyor…

Invitation to Love is a class act that rarely gets talked about in the great things within Twin Peaks.
