A dive into madness. Once the party starts it’s just a fever dream of kids screaming, a woman showing off her thighs to a fat kid saying milk cures fatness, and a kid grabbing a hat and pulling it over his head till it breaks. Very enjoyable, great acting from Wayne, Armendáriz, and Carey. It was a lot of fun and got pretty dark for this kid friendly type movie with one of the characters shooting himself (off camera obviously). The ending was cool and John Wayne going insane seeing his dead friends following him was neat.

Thought this was going to be bad, the original was boring and this one is a 2 and a half hour movie about spice trade. I was wrong. It was actually pretty damn impressive. Amazing movie, a masterpiece, one of the greatest films ever made. Not much I can say that hasn’t been said, the effects, soundtrack, cinematography, acting is perfect. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd are amazing, this trilogy is the reason Lloyd is one of my favorite actors. The comedy is great and still holds up and it’s just so damn quotable, I’ve seen this so many times and it’s better every time.
