I don’t even know how to review this. It’s just really stupid. The entire thing is stupid. The script is stupid, the acting is stupid and the direction is stupid. If this were made by an first time filmmaker I would cut them some slack but this is just unacceptable for someone who has been working in the industry more than 20 years.

It’s saw but family friendly. It even continues the tradition of the saw films by having a stupid and unnecessary twist ending

If this made you sad like it did to me just go watch Warrior (the HBO show) and see what Andrew Koji can do when the rest of the crew is as good as him. He is an actual animal.

I didn’t expect this to have a good story or make any sense whatsoever. I just wanted some stupid fun with some great ninja action. Unfortunately the editor had less faith in the choreography than he should’ve. There was potential…

This is Nicolaus Cage at his absolute best. He’s a lot less Nic Cage than I thought he would be which in the case is a good thing. The performance is shockingly quiet considering we are talking about the king of over acting. This film is also a hell of a lot more original than I thought it would be considering the pretty cliche premise but the story is told in a very interesting way. The main plot of the…

This was a pretty bland and forgettable film that just tried way too hard to be quirky and different and ended up being about as tired and cliche as possible. The action was just passable with exception for a slo no one take set to Its All over Now baby blue. I usually really like Karen Gillian but I think she was really miscast here. I just don’t buy her as this assassin at all. The worst aspect of the…

For me this film seemed pretty soulless from the trailers but I was pleasantly surprised by how well made it was. All of the elements that usually work in marvel movies work really well here. It’s pretty funny and has some good action scenes but what really surprised me was the characters. All of the main cast is pretty deeply explored considering the amount of screen time they had. The standouts here are David Hatbour and Florence Pugh. They both…

This is the kind of film that just has like 30 moments that would instantly make any other film. It’s actually pretty crazy how many truly brilliant scenes and lines are scattered through this thing. I found all of the stories interesting but I think I n red one more watch to how I feel about them together.

I might have to revisit marriage story because this was fucking brilliant. It’s absolutely hilarious and so heartwarming. The performances are incredible from everyone. They all have amazing chemistry with one another. I totally believed that all of these people were a family. The soundtrack is great and the cinematography is beautiful. Obviously the main attraction is the script and it is breathtaking. The dialogue is like a dance of the different characters trying to change the direction of the…

I had forgotten how many incredible actors and comedians show up for like three lines. The casting is perfect for every character and the script is so incredible. This film should be stupid and annoying but instead it’s hilarious and shockingly heartfelt.
