the cinematography and the color palette were incredible.
some of the acting did seem a little forced, but due to the 80s/90s aesthetic, i'm sure it was supposed to be that to make it more gimmicky/campy. the pacing did feel a little uneven/drawn out but i wasn't fully mad at it. it worked and didn't work. basically, by the end it did. definitely a slow-burn.
i went into this blind, liked it more than expected. more of a drama than thriller/horror. andy's stare is so eerie.
