Daniel Ramos’s review published on Letterboxd:
I keep putting this review off. I’m just give a little blurb for now.
FX were good-great.
One of the characters were only really their for comic effect, but it wasn’t really funny. It was probably a thing where the director wanted to work with the actor, so they wrote him in, or something.
Acting was good/decent.
Story wasn’t terrible. Pretty much for a Godzilla movie, all people really care about are the monster battles anyway.
As far as I could tell, the sound was good. I watched it at a friend’s house with a soundbar.
Pretty cool cinematography.
Overall, I enjoyed it pretty well. Sits somewhere between a 7-8/10.
