**Lots of nudity/partial nudity.**
David Bowie is in this?!? Did I see that right?!?! Cool!
Man, I’m so glad I watched the original series first.
One of the most “realistic” club/bar scenes in a film as far as the feel, dynamics of people, and overall sound goes.
Great indie sort of score and sound design.
Some parts are pretty disturbing and almost drives you crazy with all the stuff that’s going on.
Great acting. Sometimes the scenes are awkwardly slow...but that’s David Lynch’s style for this. It’s pretty funny at times also.
Really interesting Sci-fi/Horror/Psychological Thriller. Editing and how it was shot is definitely in the David Lynch style. The direction is epic! Not for the sensitive or faint of heart.
Yikes! This interview on the Criterion Blu-Ray with Sheryl Lee has some bad resonance in the sound. Brilliant interviews and the actors round table though!
Rating: 8.5-9/10 (It's David Lynch. It’s hard to rate...man.)
I wonder what they used for the cocaine.
Man, Laura really gets around.
