Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Terminator 2: Judgment Day ★★★★

An oddly intense sequel that brims with urgency and the knowledge of being the catalyst for terrible fates.

The inclusion of unironic usage of 'Bad to the Bone,' badass leather clothes, moody smelting facilities really dates T2 as from 1991, but this is a film with a potent vision of free will, distilled down to its core.

It's such a potent goal for the film, which limits its own inherent sequel value, that it makes all who tried to keep the gravy train going look like even bigger morons.
