Our bodies are not built for everlasting life, they sustain us until they can't, they carry our brains and hearts for us like clockwork until it stops, and it takes them away. Accepting this doesn't make it easier, less painful, or quicker. Death is scarily constant, here from the moment we arrive and planted in our bodies like predetermined subterfuge.
