Barbra Streisand is a delight to watch, even if she's dreadfully miscast, and the costumes and set design were both very pretty, but god this movie was boring, and honestly I can't even lay that at the feet of the movie specifically bc I think the music was bad too. I'm just not a Jerry Herman gal
