Tasha Robinson’s review published on Letterboxd:
Really wanted to love this animated version of Jack London's White Fang, one of my favorite childhood books. (And still better than the more famous Call of the Wild, dammit.) The CGI animation, which uses mo-cap for smooth, realistic movement, is very pretty, and downright gorgeous when exploring the vistas of the Yukon. But the story feels pretty sanitized to me, and it's surprisingly slow and episodic for a story with so much action. This makes me want to re-read the book, and seek out some of the other adaptations to see if they're a little less cute and kid-friendly.
