Non-stop joy! Deadpool 2 is the definition of a fun time. While I still like the first film a bit more, this film was still very enjoyable. The 4th wall breaking was insane and made the experience great. That combined with marvelous comedy made each scene even better. The action was phenomenal and better than the action in the first film thanks to John Wick co-director David Leitch. Leitch has a real eye for action scenes and it really shows in this film. Ryan Reynolds is once again fantastic as Deadpool and I can't see anyone else in the role. Josh Brolin is brilliant as Cable and I enjoyed his performance in this a lot more than his performance as Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. He has a fantastic back story and his time travel ability is very neat. Josh truly transforms into Cable, this is one of his best film performances. The plot was a bit all over the place at times and overall was not as good as the plot in the first film. Aside from the plot though this film had brilliant comedy and action.
