Andy Lunn’s review published on Letterboxd:
I always like to see a new Halloween movie, even one that I don't care for. Despite anything else going on (even if it involves Busta Rhymes) Myers will be there, slowly stalking and tilting the old head.
Therefore, the worst I could say about this, is that I didn't enjoy it as much as Halloween 2018. This, I am actually going to put this down to Anthony Michael Hall, who was particularly grating in this. That, and not enough Laurie Strode
AMH aside, Myers looks great, the music, the atmosphere, the kills, the way it ties into 78 Halloween are all great. I've got it on a 48 hr rental, so shall be giving it another spin tonight, because why not?!!
