A breathtaking cinematic experience thanks to Villeneuve’s exceptional creative direction and world building. The way this film is able to capture its crucial character and story moments through the creative use of sound, cinematography, editing and pace is what made it so incredibly effective and truly elevated this film into an unforgettable experience. Loved it so much and couldn’t be happier with what DUNE delivered after patiently waiting for its release for over 2 years. You owe it to yourself to go experience this in a theater this weekend ! Solid 9/10

An obscure erotic suspense horror that serves as a homage to the Giallo era of filmmaking. It’s purely driven through visual and aesthetic storytelling which is what made this so immersive and admirable. Unfortunately the third act is as a disappointment. Still a film I think everyone should give a chance and even take notes from in terms of how to express language visually. 7/10

PIG is a film that I knew nothing about going into it, except for the fact that it starred the legend himself Nic Cage, and it absolutely blew me away. What a beautiful, sincere, honest and human film this was. I don’t wanna give too much away but it’s a film that reminds us how love and identity is deeply rooted to simple things like food and nature. Please seek this film out if you can. It’s an incredibly impressive directorial debut from Michael Sarnoski. 9/10

This was the most insane and memorable cinematic experience I’ve ever had with a comic book film. Seriously, Joaquin Phoenix is a treasure and gives the performance of a lifetime here. Easily in contention with Heath Ledger as the best Joker performance of all time. Todd Phillips directed this film to perfection where the vast majority of the films world, atmosphere and events feel incredibly believable on top of being aesthetically stunning to look at. It’s thematically rich, beautifully ironic,…
