Timcop’s review published on Letterboxd:
Funnier and less ego-centric than 8 1/2, so of course I liked it a lot more. Leaud does that thing he always does where he takes the hopelessly romantic character to ludicrous new heights, as he and other actors portray essentially over-indulgent versions of themselves. Great performances from the actual crew members/actors portraying crew members, roles they were all born to play. Favorite line from Joelle, played by the wonderful Nathalie Baye: "I'd drop a guy for a film. I'd never drop a film for a guy!"
