ONE GOOD THING ABOUT NIGHT CALL NURSES:
It's a mess of a film, and yet the pieces of the mess (scatter-shot in all different directions, then crawling back to the center) work as a curious experiment in exploitive entertainment.

ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THE GOOD DINOSAUR:
The landscape animation is gorgeous. Every drop of rain and fluttering leaf is painstaking crafted, and I often felt caught out in the wild right along with Arlo.
This is the very definition of ballsy filmmaking. While not everything worked for me, I can't help but marvel at the film and its Lynchian approach to a day at the "happiest place on Earth". We need more filmmakers taking risks like this.
ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THE BOURNE LEGACY:
The tease of a film we could have gotten instead: Jeremy Renner and Oscar Isaac stranded in a snowy cabin in the woods. A violent cat and mouse? A domestic tale of bliss? Survival at all costs? Oh, what could have been.
