Brayden Read’s review published on Letterboxd:
Wow. Brandon Cronenberg really expressed a unique vision with this one. Loved the sequence where Tate takes his body backover. It's a terryfing and beuatifully choreographed scene that is unlike anything I have ever seen. While the premise may not seem wholly original, it's execution is what breathes it a new life (pun intended). And of course I have to mention that this has the best practical effects of 2020 (quite obvious considering this is a Cronenberg movie)
*Minor Spoilers ahead*
And Sean Bean didn't die!
EDIT: FUCK! I SAW A FUCKING CENSORED VERSION. WHY DO WE NEED FUCKING CENSORED VERSIONS OF ANYTHING ANYMORE. IT IS FUCKING 2021.
Well, guess I will just have to rewatch it sooner than later. Docking half a star for the fact that it was cut down.
