Horror junkie. Particularly zombies and slashers.
I’ve been told I have shitty taste in movies. I can’t say that I disagree.
The obvious horror tropes in regards to people of color are ever present in my mind, especially when I watch a horror film starring people of color. This still manages to reveal things I’d never have thought of or noticed.
A powerful and important documentary about the subject, and an absolute must-watch for fans of the genre.
This is the first time I’ve watched this in 15+ years.
And it is obvious that for some people, nostalgia is as strong as opioids.
This isn’t a terrible movie. But compared to the remake, this is mediocre at best.
I’m about to make someone mad…
Some people are all “Tim Curry is THE ONLY Pennywise! No one else could compare!” He’s fucking boring as Pennywise. He’s not Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger; he’s replaceable, and was he was properly replaced.
I tried to watch this boring pile of monkey shit twice. The first time, I was 28 minutes into it when I realized I was so bored that I hadn't paid attention to the last 25 minutes. I restarted it, and 40 minutes into it I realized that I was again so bored I wasn't paying attention.
