This is another terrific sequel in the Die Hard franchise. The plot follows a suspended John McClane that is asked to come back to work when a terrorist starts setting bombs off in New York City. McClane is back in NY without his wife Holly, they are separated and she never appears in this movie. He teams up with a reluctant Zeus to find the mad bomber known as Simon. I absolutely love this movie. It is full of explosions and non stop action. Bruce Willis is once again detective John McClane and he is still a badass. Samuel L. Jackson plays Zeus to perfection. He and Willis are awesome as partners and have very good onscreen chemistry. I love there back and forth banter. Jeremy Irons is superb in his portrayal of Simon Gruber, the brother of the original villain Hans. Probably my favorite performance of his. John McTiernan, the director from the first film, is back to direct and produce. I think he does an excellent job with this one. Overall a great action film.
