Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End ★★★★

doesn't quite have the narrative finesse of the first, nor the consistent near technical perfection of the second, but it gets everything done it had to get done to complete the story in a satisfying way. even if the pace it keeps to accomplish that kills some of the slower moments that allowed the atmosphere of the first two to be so enveloping. this really doesn't feel it's length at all.
the shanghai sequence is still one of my favorites in the entire series
