Well this one was very interesting, confusing and a bit weird. But in all it did keep me entertained. That's all I'm going to say about this one.

  • Dagon

Well this was a nice interesting little sit filled with wonder and questions. Nice creepy little town with things going very wrong almost immediately. Good film with body horror and surprise yet not over the top gore. Acting was swell and characters were likable. But to end this I will say somethings could have happened sooner if there was some communication and the little lady was so cryptic with her words obviously scaring the young man.

  • Overlord

What started out as a fun war movie ended as a fun horror movie. All the characters I feel were needed and well acted and the scenes helped move the plot along and mold into a new genre very well. The only thing I was very meh about was how the CGI looked on the main bad guys face and the one angry zombie. Other than that highly recommend this movie.

  • The Devil's Rock

    The Devil's Rock

A nice little story about Nazi's and the spooky. It did a good job setting it self up with the creepy music and desolate little island only to be discovered that things are a bit occulty. Which ,good for the movie, did this quite well and with there only being a limited amount of actors and actress, who also did very well, made this quite the enjoyable sit.

  • AM1200

Short and sweet is what made this one watchable. It's creepy, he acting is quite swell and the yelling preacher did get me the first time. I didn't like the CGI of the monster but that's because I much prefer practical over CGI. I feel if it was any longer than what it was then it wouldn't have been that good. Overall yes.

  • Necronomicon

This was the last horror movie I remember watching with my uncle before he passed so I am well aware that it is most likely nostalgia that clouds my vision but I still liked it. Some of the effects were good, not all, but some like the giant creature in the first story. I enjoyed all the stories and the acting, minus a very small few, was actually very good and no big actors that I know of. If you want to give it a try I definitely recommend it but if you don't like it I do understand.

  • Creepshow

If not the best horror anthology then definitely one of them. I absolutely enjoy every segment of this movie, some definitely more than others but still enjoy them. It has a great cast, some creepy atmosphere and most importantly a wonderful Leslie Nielsen playing a very intimidating villain which you don't see very often.

    My order of each segment
    1. The Crate
    2. Something To Tide You Over
    3. Father's Day
    4. The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill
    5.They're Creeping Up On You

  • Friday the 13th

    Friday the 13th

Of all the slasher movie series this is my favorite and what better way to start a series than the first one that launched 10 more movies. The characters are all likable and some even funny. The atmosphere at times is even a tad creepy plus having seen most of the sequels before this one the little twist of the killer did get me. Never understood why this one got so much hate when Halloween is pretty much the same thing, is it because Halloween was first? The reason this one doesn't get full stars is because they killed an actual snake, not cool.

  • The Hunchback of Notre Dame

    The Hunchback of Notre Dame

This is my favorite Disney animated movie. I very much enjoy most of the songs like Hellfire and Bells of Notre Dame. Most of the characters are amazingly well done showing the flaws of man and what happens when a dirty old man has way too much power. And most of the story and plot are so well done mixing together the reality of the times and the growing of characters. The only reason that this movie will never get…

  • The Shawshank Redemption

    The Shawshank Redemption

Until I discovered the four movies that that eventually surpassed this one, this was my childhood favorite movie. I was with Andy through the whole movie and even his likable group of misfits. It kept me coming back with its likable characters and great story. Plus even the bad guys ,who were yes ultimately bad, had their own moments of good. It made me laugh, it made me upset, and yes even made me cry. It definitely deserves it's place in the top lists of the internet.

  • The Toxic Avenger

    The Toxic Avenger

I am well aware that this movie is very much not for everyone but that will never stop it from being in my top 5 movies of all time. You have to really enjoy B movies of the 80s to enjoy this one because I can't think of a greater B movie than this. The amount of vulgarity and violence mixed together with a superhero and romance movie is what will always keep me coming back.

  • The Big Lebowski

    The Big Lebowski

Another favorite for me that can do no wrong in my eyes. Both funny and a little wacky this is a fun ride for anyone who watches it. It really makes you enjoy the sport of bowling and appreciate the bums of the world.
