I USED TO ALLOW PUBLIC COMMENTS BUT NGL PEOPLE ON THIS SITE ARE SO HORRIBLE TO WOMEN (ESP WOC) THAT I NOW HAVE COMMENTS SET TO FRIENDS ONLY, SORRY. 

these are films that really capture what it means to be alive - in my (and commenters’) opinion(s). they always give me a little kick up the bum when i'm unmotivated or stuck in a rut. some are feel-good, some are sad, but they’re all important to myself or another user.

I guess this list is saying "life's too short".
