With this being a mid-to-late-nineties Sidney J. Furie joint (see also: The Rage, Hollow Point) and having the cast assembled here (Peter Weller, Dennis Hopper, Tia Carrere, David Alan Grier, Joe Pantoliano, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa and more) it should have been a total home run.
