Zach Gilbert’s review published on Letterboxd:
This was just lovely. There’s honestly no better way to sum it up. What a stirring story, sensitively told, with empathy for all of its characters and their varying experiences. Such a powerful case for continuing to expand representation in film so that we can showcase such individualized perspectives as this, and also to further illuminate the disharmony that often arises from immigration from one country to another. It must be noted that it wouldn’t be nearly as successful without the terrific three lead actors, who all turn in admirable work. Just an excellent ensemble across the board.
